Problem Solving

Well, I have been doing some digging and it seems that my problems with the blog may have to do with the security systems on my computer at the office. Just another reason why I should not be posting from work. So I am going to call our internet provider and finally buckle down and get set up at home again. I am hoping to get them out to the house this week as I also have some actual freelance work that I need to be doing this week. So maybe by the end of the week I will have pics of our fun weekend posted.

Just to fill you in, Josh, Jackson and I had a wonderful (read: tantrum free and leisurly) dinner Friday night at none other than Fridays! Then on Saturday we mapped out Lynn and Jims yard and began buying supplies for our summer landscaping project (more on that later). And Sunday was great! We slept in until 10 and stayed in bed until almost 11! Then we got our butts out of the house and got the baby shower gifts for my girlfriend Jessi's shower on Sunday (I am so excited for her, this has been a long time coming!!). Then after Joshs very cute haircut we went to Independence Grove with Lynn & Jim. There we flew our kite, and played on the park. It was a beautiful day weather wise and we had so much fun! Some people were grilling so that made us get a craving for cooking out so we swung by the store for dinner stuff. When we got back to the house Josh and I grilled burgers and hot dogs and I made potatoes. It was just such a nice day. And to top it off, Jack skipped his afternoon nap so he was out like a light by 8pm! Aaahhh, spring is here!

Anyways, I promise to get this fixed or to learn how to use HTML code so that I don't have to rely on predetermined buttons to upload pics. I hope to share the pics from our kite flying adventure soon! Enjoy the weather!!

Working out the kinks

Okay well it has been brought to my attention that the links are not working in the post about the Mandell family. If you would like to read more about their story or to donate please use this URL below.

While looking into this problem I found out that my entire editing toolbar is missing. So it may be little while before another post because I want to get this worked out. Let me know if you notice any other problems with this site so I can fix it.

Thanks for reading!!

Is anyone out there?

While I would love to read lots of comments on how wonderful and witty I am, I am really just curious. Is anyone besides Grammy reading this blog? Please just post a quick message in the comments section letting me know that you have read something that I wrote. I am not trying to be self indulgent, it would simply help me when I write posts to know who my audience is. I have a feeling that my blog may be a pretty glorified means of correspondence between myself and my grandma. But I don't really mind, I just like writing about my life. Maybe someday I will have more readers and if not, I will have a funny timeline of events from Jack's childhood. A very public diary or baby book if you will.
